Services

  • Individual

I meet with individuals at my Fremont office in person. I meet with clients weekly. If you are interested I encourage clients to meet more than once a week if your situation permits. Increasing frequency can provide a rigorous experience for those interested.

  • Walk & Talk Therapy

I meet with clients in parks near Fremont.
For some, this is an enriching experience of therapy. Being able to express thoughts and emotions while walking can offer greater integration and regulation.

I meet with clients rain or shine!

  • Couples

I meet with couples for 50-minute sessions in person or via telehealth. I utilize non-violent communication and emotionally focused therapies (EFT) to strengthen the attachment of the couple.

  • Child Therapy

Play is a child’s first language. By using Play Therapy I am able to join the child in their internal world and support them by using their own language.

By engaging children this way I am able to support children & families in developing communication, regulation, and socialization skills that are specific to their needs.

  • Family Therapy

I meet with families to support them in strengthening their relationships. We do this by building communication skills, creating new practices, and developing a shared family vision.

These sessions are 90 minutes. This is often done in conjunction with child or individual therapy.
